MOD Kutchan

MOD Kutchan is a block of single room units in Kutchan, built as staff housing for the people who keep Niseko running through the ski and summer seasons.

Each unit is compact, with a desk, basin and wall mounted TV, so we shot them to show how much fits into the space. We also covered the shared showers and washroom, the coin laundry and the black clad exterior with its timber entrance.
